Care Outlook staff were incredibly helpful coordinating Dad's support and were particularly responsive to his specific needs. As a Care Outlook client I had an awesome experience with the NDIS and carer support services . The team made great efforts in addressing language barriers where possible which really impressed me as it is not easy for anyone who speaks  a foreign language. They  did  their  very best  to make sure Dad's point of view was understood.

My support co-ordinator, Jenny is very committed and passionate in her role. This reflects the exceptional work I've received over time from her as well! It's so nice having someone who cares about meeting my needs come alongside us at every step of our journey together--especially when it gets tough or complicated (like everything does). Jenny has always been there with an open hand ready to lending help whenever needed; no matter how big/small whatever situation may arise during any given day. Care Outlook was an absolute blessing for our family. We found them when I couldn't figure out how to best support my dad with his needs, and they were there every step of the way! The staff are attentive but not overbearing - always willing to answer any questions or help make decisions that will get you through this difficult time easier .
